BNI Canterbury got brewing with Malts for Maudes in April.
All the beer brewed by Canterbury’s BNI chapters was served at hospitality venues around Christchurch in late April, with 100% of the funds raised donated to the Nurse Maude Hospice. The Canterbury hospitality venues serving these beers were The Brewers Merivale, Brew Academy, The Good Drop, The Laboratory, Moon Under Water, BEERS and the Craft Embassy. At the time of writing nearly $4000 had been raised, with more still coming in. It was an inspired initiative by BNI and a great deal of thanks go to those involved in the brewing, selling and tasting.
