Now that we have moved up to Level 2 Nurse Maude has put in place extra measures to ensure the safety of our patients, residents and staff:
When visiting the Nurse Maude Hospital and the Hospice, you will need to:
- Sign in and complete the health declaration on the computer that is located at reception and sign-in using the government’s COVID-19 tracer app also located at reception
- Visiting is restricted to two visitors per patient / resident. Please do not be offended if we ask you to leave so that other family members can come and visit
- If you have visited Auckland recently or have a family member in your home that has visited Auckland recently, we ask that you or your family member avoid visiting for 14 days from the date you/ or they returned from Auckland.
- If you have recently returned from overseas and completed the compulsory MIQ quarantine, we ask that you do not come to the Hospital for a further 14 days post your completion of quarantine.
